Jack Daugherty
Head Coach
Coach Jack's passion for softball has been the driving force behind his journey to both play and teach its fundamentals. Over the years he has devoted himself to coaching girls' fastpitch softball, where his unwavering dedication and genuine care for his team have honed his expertise. Even during the off-season, Coach Jack can be found imparting pitching techniques, coaching catching skills, or practicing in the backyard with his family. He is a familiar figure to all the neighborhood kids, affectionately known as "Coach," a testament to his enduring commitment to the sport and its players.

He has an innate knack for nurturing talent, pushing athletes beyond their perceived limits, and instilling in them a sense of discipline and determination. Brian Kelly
Assistant Coach
Coach Brian played baseball in high school, some of college and several years of semi-pro baseball until having kids. Since then, he has been coaching softball/baseball for the past 14 years at all levels, and has been coaching travel baseball/softball teams for the past 6 years. Brian's goal is to leverage his years of coaching and passion for the sport to assist with building a top-tier softball program with the Lisle Slammers.
Joe Coppoletta
Assistant Coach
Coach Joe has been an athlete all his life having played football in high school and college along with playing travel baseball. Having coached Fastpitch softball for 6 years, coach Joe's philosophy is simple. Work hard, play hard, have fun and don't be afraid to fail. Coach Joe prides himself in bring the best out of players while building up their confidence and self esteem.
